This policy covers the IDFMETALE MCP server (mcp.idfmetale.pl), a read-only
service that exposes the public IDFMETALE precious-metals catalog and live prices to AI assistants.

The service is designed to process no personal data. There are no user accounts, no logins, no cookies and no tracking. The only technical datum processed is the caller's IP address, used transiently and solely to enforce rate limits and prevent abuse. IP-based counters are held in memory in short rolling windows (per-minute and per-day) and are not persisted to disk or a database, and are not used to build profiles.
Tool responses contain only public catalog information — product attributes, live spot-based prices, availability, brands/accreditations and VAT status. No customer data, order data, or personal data of any third party is exposed. The server never accesses IDFMETALE's administrative systems; it reads only the public Store API of the IDFMETALE shop.
Processing of the IP address relies on legitimate interest (network security and abuse prevention, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is transient and discarded automatically when the rate-limit window elapses.
Infrastructure is provided by our hosting provider (Hetzner Online GmbH, EU) and DNS/edge by Cloudflare, Inc. No data is sold or shared for marketing. AI clients that connect receive only the public data described above.
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection. Because the service stores no personal data beyond transient rate-limit counters, most requests will be satisfied by the fact that no identifiable data is retained. Contact info@idfmetale.pl.
This service does not sell anything and does not complete transactions. Any purchase happens on IDFMETALE's own systems and is subject to identity verification (KYC) as required for an AML-obligated institution.
